In case of partial cancellation by a customer, if the total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, TryMisfit reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 99/-.
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.
In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via TryMisfit Store Credits.
