Return & Exchange Policy

Dolorido 15-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Dolorido website/m-site for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Dolorido website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  • Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  • The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
  • If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
  • Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Dolorido Account.
  • Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  • In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
  • Selective Clearance Sale is not eligible for return/exchange.
  • At present, due to the COVID situation, we are following NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGE.

Shipping Policy

We as Dolorido know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 999/-.

In case of partial cancellation by a customer, if the total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, Dolorido reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 99/-.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.

In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via Dolorido Store Credits.

Cancellation Policy

Dolorido reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. In case of partial cancellation by customer, if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, Dolorido reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 99/-.


Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail of COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
  • COD is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cashback & Promo Codes/Coupons

The cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.

Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.

Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.

Dolorido reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)

Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at Dolorido. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.

The cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion Dolorido.
